APPOINTMENT POLICY
As a courtesy to your facialist, please give a 24 hour notice if you need to change your appointment details.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
RESCHEDULES
Reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
NO-SHOWS
No-show appointments will be charged a fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
LATE ARRIVALS
Arrivals later than 15 minutes to your appointment will have the option for a reduced treatment time or reschedule to the next availability. Late arrival reschedules will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
The appointment policy applies to subscription appointments and you will not lose a session. You will be charged a $30 cancellation fee if you cancel the subscription prior to the 3 month commitment. A subscription plan is only valid for the client who purchased the subscription and is not transferable.
NEW CLIENTS
The cancellation policy applies to new client consultation appointments and you will be charged a $25 fee since the appointment was booked as complimentary.
REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your facial treatment, please notify Spa Clarity within 24 hours of your appointment to address your concerns. All services are non-refundable including but not limited to: individual treatments, add-ons, packages, subscriptions, gift certificates, promotional offers, deposits, and applicable fees.

PROVIDER CANCELLATION
If for any reason I must cancel your scheduled appointment, you will have the option to reschedule with a $25 credit or you will receive a refund for any deposit(s) paid.
CONSENT FORMS
A consent form and arbitration agreement must be completed and signed prior to the service(s) scheduled.
